Picture this...
The gentle sounds of your own breathing mingled with the gentle sound of the autumn breeze blowing outside the Mongolian style yurt whilst you relax into gentle yoga and relaxation techniques.
Sitting around a large table enjoying good home cooked food with a handful of likeminded people, discovering friends you just hadn’t met before.
Gentle strolls along guided walks absorbing the peace, tranquillity and beauty of the North Norfolk Coast.
I can feel myself relaxing at the thought of it.

Elaine Smith; Biography
Elaine qualified as a registered nurse in 1982, although her interests quickly moved towards the use of alternative healthcare. Over the years her passion for natural therapies led her to study and use many systems of treatment, which she successfully used on her daughter, family and friends; eventually founding and running an organic whole-food shop in the west of Ireland.
During 2008, Elaine studied Holistic Massage and qualified as a Massage Therapist, and has been practicing since then.
Elaine has always held a fascination with the way the body works and with movement as a healing practice and this fascination led her to study and practice Movement Meditation for nearly 10 years, to train and work as a Laban Guild Community Dance Leader and, ultimately, to train as a yoga teacher.
Having taken up yoga in the early eighties, Elaine attained diplomas in both Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy at Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, India in 2009.
Elaine has also completed foundation courses in Authentic Movement, Body-Mind Centring and Infant Movement Development.
